Open as an essential service and ready to serve our local community to help limit the spread of the coronavirus. Additionally, our cleaners now follow strict CDC guidelines to properly disinfect and sanitize surfaces in homes and commercial spaces.
First cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard and we are committed to upholding that standard. That’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the rest of your services. We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home. Contact us to request a free estimate
We provide all most cleaning supplies in the service.If you wish for us to use any specific cleaning products, we kindly ask you to leave them out for the cleaners .
Currently, we do not book cleanings for dormitories, fraternity-sorority homes, after party clean.
The following items cannot be completed by, cleaning of chandeliers and other delicate items, wet wiping of light bulbs, bio-hazardous materials (heavy mold, human and animal waste/bodily fluids), junk removal and hoarding, heavy scrubbing of walls, steaming/shampooing carpets, hard to reach areas higher than a two-step ladder, putting away dishes (provider can load dishwasher), and washing exterior surfaces (windows, patios, garages, etc.), chimney, (chimney light sweep only on extra charge).If you have any questions regarding your services, please feel free to contact us.

Every home is different and each visit may be too depending on the extra options requested which is why we charge a flat rate.
We try to be as efficient and effective with our time in your home as possible but if you have any time restrictions you would need us to accommodate, please do not hesitate to ask.
It is not a requirement and many of our regular clients are not home during cleanings. We please ask that you include instructions on gaining entry to the home when scheduling. You may also provide a key, lockbox or code with instructions.
We also ask that you please provide parking instructions if necessary to avoid any tickets (park on the street, park in the driveway, etc.)
Tipping is not a requirement and is completely optional but when asked, we recommend 10-20% of the cleaning service for the team only.

No! You can cancel at any time.
We can scheduled as often as you need. Typically clients choose Bi-weekly service (once every 2 weeks), however we can also come twice a week, weekly, or monthly (once every 4 weeks).
Just tell us what day works best for you. Give our office staff a week or more notice and we can change your day.
Give us 24 business hours notice before a maintenance or 48 hours notice before a first time cleaning and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your service.
We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal and all major credit cards.
Payment is due once services are rendered. You can leave a check on the counter or we can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.
Do pick up clothing, books, toys, or clutter. Plan on keeping children and pets in areas we will not be cleaning.
We only dust mini-blinds. This is because we have found they are too fragile to hand wipe. Often mini-blinds will snap, crumble, or bend when we try to clean them. If your mini blinds have bad buildup, we suggest replacing them at your local store.
We love them, and we treat them like our own. Just let us know of any special instructions for.
